Call on Imams to Join National Orange Khutbah Day 2026 This Jummah (September 25)

This Canadian-Muslim led campaign marks the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation.

The actual observance takes place September 30th, but the khutbah day will be the Friday prior, September 25th.

Purpose: This time of year is for Muslims to show solidarity and reflect on the legacy of genocide and injustice that our Indigenous neighbours face.

Community leaders are uniting by using their platforms to mark National Day for Truth and Reconciliation [September 30].
