Twenty-five years of community, service, friendship and impact deserve a celebration to remember.

Join the Ottawa Muslim Women’s Organization (OMWO) as we celebrate a milestone 25 years in the making. For one afternoon, generations of the OMWO community will come together to celebrate the women, stories, friendships and moments that have shaped our journey since 2001.

Hear reflections from long-standing OMWO members, join us as we recognize the recipient of the 2026 Nazira Tareen Scholarship, and celebrate Canadian Islamic History Month and Islamic Heritage Month in Ontario. The afternoon will also include refreshments, entertainment and opportunities to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones.
