This month, we're putting a delicious twist on Book Club! Join us for a Potluck Picnic inspired by Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat. This will be an evening centered around food, conversation, and community.
Together, we'll explore topics like:
Our favorite cuisines
Whether we love cooking (or happily leave it to someone else!)
Family recipes and food traditions
Insights from cookbooks (Salt, Far, Acid, Heat, etc.)
How food shapes our identity and lived experiences
We encourage everyone to check out Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samina Nosrat in the coming weeks.
However, reading the book is not required*.
This is a potluck! Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish, snack, dessert, or drink to share.
To help us plan, please sign up using the potluck bookclub registration link.
