Duha Collective is a culturally responsive mental health practice founded by Faizah Latif, MSW, RSW. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that honours the intersection of faith, culture, identity, and lived experience. Our work is especially centred on supporting Muslim and culturally diverse clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, relationships, life transitions, and identity.
At Duha Collective, we believe healing should feel safe, collaborative, and relevant to who you are. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed strategies with a culturally sensitive and strengths-based lens.
Duha Collective was created to offer a space where clients can feel understood without having to explain or minimize important parts of themselves.
