Expected Guest of Honour and Keynote Speaker: The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario

Rima Al-Salah, Director of BEACON International-Canada, is an Education & Behaviour Consultant, specialized in the filed of Special Education & Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has a proven track record in development and delivery of training programs for teachers, caregivers and administrators in special education & behavior intervention.

Jean Labonté, Paralympics Hero, twice gold medallist at four world championships, in addition to participating in three Paralympics, winning gold in 2006 and silver in 1998. As a cancer survivor, he knows the secrets of positive outlook and persistence and displays these qualities in his sport and on his team. Jean has a degree in computer science from the University of Quebec and is currently employed as a software designer.
